Our staff and services have evolved over time, to keep up with our patient’s growing families, oral health needs and industry best practices.  Recently, our practice has come under the trustworthy leadership of Dr. James Ransom. Dr. Ransom and his family have recently relocated to Lincoln City and look forward to serving Lakeside Family Dentistry’s patient needs.  Dr. Ransom will continue to provide the highest level of care and services that you have come to expect from our office.

His background is varied, having graduated from the University of Iowa – College of Dentistry, then serving in a public health clinic in Hood River, Oregon as well as practicing in two private offices in Portland.  Dr. Ransom also strives to offer his skill set to those in need, by volunteering with the Mobile Dental Van (which frequents Lincoln City) as well as spending one week per year providing dental care to communities in Guatemala.

In his free time, Dr. Ransom enjoys fishing in local coast watersheds, mountain biking, skiing and windsurfing.
